How We Produce It
RES Rosso da Blend Unico is made from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc grapes grown in historic, low-yield vineyards on clay-limestone soil at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level.
The harvest is late and done by hand.
Vinification involves a long maceration with indigenous yeasts and pressing in cement vats.
A minimum aging period of 24 months in stainless steel follows.
The adopted methods, combined with the terroir of the production hills, contribute to achieving a high concentration of resveratrol, as well as the maximum expression of the aromas and properties of the original grape varieties.
Structure and Uniqueness
RES Rosso da Blend Unico shows an intense red color with purple highlights.
The aroma blends notes of ripe red fruits and spices.
On the palate, it is structured, harmoniously tannic, and persistent.
Resveratrol Level
The natural content of resveratrol and resveratrol glucoside (polydatin) is high and unique.
The total resveratrol level is 23.90 mg/l for the 2021 vintage, and 42.77 mg/l for the 2023 vintage currently aging (36.42 mg/l polydatin + 6.35 mg/l resveratrol).
