How We Produce It
Vis Bianco al Contrario is a skin-contact white wine made from Pinot Grigio, Riesling, and dried Malvasia grapes, crafted following ancient rural traditions, with maceration on the skins and fermentation using indigenous yeasts, without pressing.
The grapes are hand-harvested during a late vintage. Fermentation takes place in cement vats, followed by bottle aging for approximately three years.
Structure and Uniqueness
Visually, it displays an intense yellow color with golden highlights. The bouquet is aromatic and fruity.
On the palate, it is fragrant, harmoniously complex, and persistent, thanks to its high concentration of flavonoids.

Perfect with risottos, fish-based main courses, mushrooms, truffles, cheeses, and desserts.
